No, your child can use the device at any time during the day and on any 5 days during the week. However, there must be at least a 4-hour interval between two sessions on the same day. We recommend using the device from Monday to Friday and taking the weekends off.

Yes, RLRL can be used in conjunction with orthokeratology lenses, soft contact lenses (e.g. MiSight) and specially designed glasses (e.g. Miyosmart). However, RLRL cannot be used in conjunction with atropine. Children on atropine must stop for 2 weeks prior to commencing RLRL therapy. Please discuss the best course of treatment for your child with your eyecare professional.
